- Q : How long does it take for my order to be process and delivered?
- A : Order will be processed one day after the purchase made and shipping will depends on location. Usually it will take 1 - 3 business days for Malaysia and it can take 1 or 2 weeks for International Order.
- Q : Which courier you will be shipping with?
- A : We will be using Poslaju for domestic orders while International Orders will be using Pos Malaysia Flexi Pack for more economic cost. All parcels will be provided with tracking numbers.
- Q : Can i change my order once it placed?
- A : If you notified us during the processing period, we will try our best to change. If the order has been shipped, you can request for a return and exchange. There will be no cancellation on order though.
- Q : Can i return my item and asked for a refund?
- A : Return will only acceptable in the event of wrong size placed, any defects that we missed out checking. Other than that, we will not entertained any return.

- Q : Do you accept any International Orders?
- A : Ofcourse. Please enter your country during checkout and the shipping cost will comes out.
